We do not specifically hold data on incidents of affray. However, in Table A4a of our Appendix Tables for our Quarterly Crime bulletin, you can find police recorded incidents on public order offences including "Public fear, alarm or distress", "Violent disorder" and "Racially or religiously aggravated public fear, alarm or distress". This data may be useful to your query.
